🌟 STHS Nurses Shine at Northshore District Nurses Association Gala! 🌟

An evening dedicated to celebrating the compassion, commitment, and expertise of our region’s nurses got an STHS-fueled upgrade Tuesday night! The Northshore District Nurses Association hosted its annual recognition ceremony honoring the very best in the profession.

Naturally, St. Tammany Health System was proudly represented – with five full tables of colleagues cheering on our team and seven incredible STHS nurses among the evening’s 26 honorees! 👏

After an incredible 37 years with St. Tammany Health System, Life Safety Supervisor David Alligood is retiring!

To honor his outstanding service and leadership, the Plant Operations team hosted a special luncheon — complete with great food, a traditional cake cutting, a trophy presentation, and plenty of laughter, back slaps, and heartfelt well wishes. ❤️

Thank you, David, for your decades of commitment to keeping our patients, staff, and facilities safe. You’ve left a lasting legacy at STHS, and you’ll be greatly missed!

🎃 Straaaange things are afoot at St. Tammany Health System! 👻

In celebration of Halloween, many of our departments traded their usual scrubs and business attire for some truly creative costumes.

At Northlake Pulmonary, team members Carlahn Martin, Carolyn McCallister, and Amanda Connelly showed their team spirit by dressing up as none other than their own physicians — Dr. Rick Casey, Dr. David Cressy, and Dr. Ricardo Blanco!

Meanwhile, over at the St. Tammany Physicians Network Clinic in Mandeville, the team put the pedal to the metal, transforming into a full NASCAR crew, checkered flags and all. 🏁
