It’s crazy that most men won’t do these type of “girly workouts” Just bc you might look like a fairy, doesn’t mean you’re not getting JACKED. My quads and glutes are popping and they are a good mental and physical test of strength (as you could see my facial expressions) 70lbs for 8 reps each on adductors&abductors. 80lbs for 10 reps on glute kick backs

Today is Good Friday, don’t forget the reason for the season. A beaten and weakened Jesus Christ carried a cross that he was later crucified on for almost half a mile. Every Good Friday I do 4 sets of 315lbs farmer walks, in remembrance for the man that gave his life for all of us. I can’t compete with what Jesus went through, I thank god everyday for what he’s given me. I strive and struggle everyday to be the best person I can be. But without Jesus dying for our sins, I wouldn’t even have the chance to prove myself and give all the glory to God. Take a moment today to praise, give thanks, and give glory to him✝
