This morning I had the privilege of joining a few other Thrive Empowerment team members at The Cincinnati Museum Center for the Epilepsy Alliance Ohio and the Epilepsy Surgery Program with Cincinnati Childrens Hospital.

We had a blast teaching children Empowerment Self Defense, Yoga, and Nia.
