Now it’s your turn — tell me one thing most people don’t know about YOU… and if you’re comfortable, what’s the hardest part of living with Fibro for you right now?

11/23/2025

Fibromyalgia pain is fueled by inflammation, nervous-system overload, and food sensitivities you may not even realize you have.
Eating for your blood type is one of the fastest ways to calm that inflammation and ease daily pain.
Here’s what each blood type needs most 👇🏽

🩸 Type O — The Inflammation-Prone Type
Type O bodies flare FAST when the gut is irritated.
They need clean, simple fuel.
Eat more:
✔️ Salmon, cod, sardines
✔️ Leafy greens, broccoli, spinach
✔️ Blueberries, cherries
✔️ Turmeric, ginger, dandelion
Avoid:
❌ Wheat
❌ Corn
❌ Potatoes
❌ Dairy
These spike pain + inflammation almost instantly in Type O bodies.

🩸 Type A — The Sensitive Nervous System Type
Type A bodies hold onto stress — which makes fibro pain WORSE.
Eat more:
✔️ Warm cooked vegetables
✔️ Tofu, wild-caught fish
✔️ Lentils, chickpeas
✔️ Green tea, chamomile
Avoid:
❌ Red meat (major inflammation trigger)
❌ Peppers, tomatoes
❌ Processed sugar

🩸 Type B — The Balanced but Reactive Type
Type B bodies thrive on balance — until dairy and corn enter the chat.
Eat more:
✔️ Lamb, turkey, deep-sea fish
✔️ Wild rice, oats
✔️ Dark greens + root vegetables
✔️ Ginger + magnesium-rich foods
Avoid:
❌ Chicken (huge inflammatory trigger for Bs)
❌ Corn
❌ Peanuts

🩸 Type AB — The Hybrid Type
Type AB has the MOST sensitive immune + digestive system combo.
Eat more:
✔️ Salmon, mahi-mahi, sardines
✔️ Leafy greens, citrus (except oranges)
✔️ Kefir or light dairy (only if tolerated)
✔️ Selenium-rich foods (Brazil nuts, tuna)
Avoid:
❌ Chicken
❌ Buckwheat
❌ Caffeine overload (spikes fibro fatigue + nervous system tension)

🌿 Final Slide / Closing Line
You can’t out-supplement or out-medicate inflammation…
but you can out-eat it — when you eat for your blood type.

But let’s get real — every journey looks different.

🥴 “I can’t exercise… it hurts too much.”
🥴 “Every time I start, I flare.”
🥴 “My body just doesn’t work like everyone else’s.”
These are the things I hear from almost every new client living with Fibromyalgia.
And honestly? I get it. The pain is real, unpredictable, and exhausting.
But I want to highlight Deborah for a moment.
48 years old. Living with chronic fibro pain for over a decade.
And she started exactly where you are — scared to move, afraid of flares, and convinced her body was “too far gone.”
But she made one decision that changed everything:
✨ She showed up. Even on the hard days.
✨ She learned how to move with her body, not against it.
✨ She followed the blood-type based Nutrition and medical fitness plan we built — and for the first time, her inflammation actually went down.
✨ She rebuilt strength… safely.
✨ Her energy improved. Her flares decreased. Her confidence came back.
Now?

She moves better, feels better, and trusts her body again.
No punishment. No pushing to 100%.
Just consistency, compassion, and the right plan.
Leave a 👏🏾 in the comments if Deborah inspires you — because your body isn’t broken. It just needs the right strategy.

Have you ever had someone say,
“Why are you pushing so hard? Just take it easy — you’re fine.”
People say that all the time to folks living with fibro pain or Type II Diabetes, like “managing it” is the same as getting better.
But here’s the truth…
Most people aren’t “fine.”
They’re surviving.
They’re waking up stiff, exhausted, hurting, trying to pretend everything is normal.
And being told to “take it easy” feels like quicksand —
because you know deep down you want more for yourself,
but every time you try to move forward, you feel pulled back into the same routine of pain, meds, and managing numbers.
But listen…
We weren’t put here to just cope.
We weren’t meant to shrink our lives to what hurts the least.
And we definitely weren’t meant to settle for “good enough.”
I help people fight for the life they used to have —
walking without limping, traveling without fear of flares, having energy to play with their grandkids…
actually feeling better, not just “managing.”
And it takes effort.
You’ve gotta push.
You’ve gotta choose healing over comfort.
Because healing isn’t passive — it’s intentional.
So if you’re feeling stuck, tired, or one flare away from giving up… hear me:
You’re capable of more than fibro wants you to believe.
You weren’t meant to survive this.
You were meant to heal.
Who’s with me? 💙🔥
Comment REALIGN if you’re ready to stop settling and start feeling like you again.

Here are 5 things you need to know to STOP managing your Type II diabetes WITHOUT meds
And let’s be real… most people have been ‘managing’ for years, and nothing’s changing.
So let’s fix that.
1️⃣ Your blood glucose should go down during workouts — not up. If it’s rising, your intensity or timing might be off.
2️⃣ You don’t need zero carbs. You need the right carbs, timed around your metabolism and blood type.
3️⃣ Stress spikes blood sugar faster than sweets. Manage your mind, not just your meals.
4️⃣ Sleep is a blood sugar regulator. 6 hours or less? You’re already behind before breakfast.
5️⃣ Your meds aren’t fixing insulin resistance — they’re just managing it. Real change happens when you change the root cause.
So no — managing your numbers isn’t the same as healing your body.
You’ve just been missing the full picture.
💬 Question for you: Which of these tips do you need most right now?

When Larry joined my program, he didn’t “feel” diabetic — he felt defeated.

His numbers were all over the place, his stress was through the roof, and he was tired of chasing stability that never came.

So we rebuilt his plan from the blood up.

We focused on his Type O chemistry, reduced inflammatory foods, and personalized his movement to balance his nervous system — not exhaust it.

✅ His A1C improved.
✅ His body fat dropped.
✅ His meds were reduced.
✅ And his doctor literally asked, “Are you still working with Dawn?”

Now Larry feels strong, clear, and finally in control again — and that’s what real healing looks like.

Is it your turn now? Stop managing your diabetes and start healing it, DM HEAL for the same roadmap I use with Larry and all of my clients. 🌿
