Be More and HP Covington are hosting the first ever open to public fitness test event. This is not about who is the strongest or most fit. This is a personal challenge to see what you need to improve. We will host these twice a year.

Come in March 28th find your current fitness level, leave with some ways to improve, and return for the next one and see what improved.

The HP Games will test 5 key areas of fitness;
• Strength
• Engine (conditioning)
• Durability
• Mental Grit
• Longevity

The 365 Baseball Speed Camp is a 4-week program designed specifically for baseball players
ages 8–14 who want to:

✔ Run faster
✔ Move more efficiently
✔ Build confidence that shows up on the field
This is not conditioning.

It’s the difference between safe and out, first and second, and earning playing time or
watching from the dugout.

This is baseball speed development.
