Did you know that 5minutes of cupping equals 30minutes of deep tissue!? It also has multiple benefits like myofascial release, lymphatic movement, decompression of nerve impingements and most importantly it gets the deep work done WITHOUT all the pain of a deep tissue massage and although it might seem a bit unsettling, those marks mean healing! The healing of physical trauma that may have been stored there for years or yes even decades!
