🌿 On Grace, Growth, and Perspective 🌿

There have been many times in my life when I’ve seen someone make a choice and thought to myself, “I would never do that.”

But life has a way of teaching us differently. With time and experience, I’ve come to realize that I often didn’t see the obstacles others were facing, nor the reasons behind their decisions. Later, I’ve found myself standing in places that gave me a deeper understanding of their perspective.

Some might call that hypocrisy, but I see it as growth. Wisdom comes from learning, from giving grace—not only to others but also to our younger selves who didn’t yet know better. I am proud of that younger version of me: for having the courage to form opinions, for being willing to learn differently, and for still choosing love even in disagreement.

That practice of grace has made it easier to meet people where they are, with compassion, understanding, and an open heart. 💛

🌿 Healing Through Hardship: Supporting Jasper & Samantha’s Work 🌿

Many of you know Samantha as the heart behind three healing spaces:
🐐 Rustic Forrest Farm & Sanctuary (rescued animals & nature healing)
🌱 Collective Wellness & Spa (massage, yoga, holistic therapies)
🕊️ AHHA – Awareness of Healing for Humans & Animals (Mission of reciprocal care).

Right now, her beloved goat Jasper—the one who started it all—is fighting for his healing at Ohio State Veterinary Hospital. Vet bills, daily care for other animals, plus Samantha’s own health struggles and the upkeep of Collective Wellness have created an overwhelming burden.

💛 How you can help:
– Donate via Venmo: -Bayless-2 or -Center
– Book a bodywork or yoga package (your healing supports theirs!)
– Share this message with others

✨ Every little bit helps—whether $25 for feed, $50 for daily care, $100 for vet bills, or simply spreading the word. Together, we keep healing alive for both humans and animals.

This weekend at The Big Stomp reminded us of something vital:
Mental health is health.
It’s not separate from you—it is part of you. Just like your body, just like your spirit.

At AHHA, we believe healing must be whole. 🧠💛🐐
Mind. Body. Spirit.
All parts matter. All parts deserve care.

Through animal-assisted activities, movement, rest, and connection, we watched healing unfold in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. Our therapy goats—Urijah, Malaki, Jasper, Isiah, and Gideon—met people exactly where they were. No pressure. No expectation. Just presence, pacing, and compassion.

They reminded us that sometimes healing looks like laying down behind a yoga mat. Sometimes it looks like making one safe connection. Sometimes it means taking a break so you can show up again.

Every part of you matters. Every step counts.
Let’s keep choosing whole-person healing—one breath, one hug, one goat at a time.

🌞 Hey friends! 🌿

I’m putting together new class sequence practices and would love your input! While I’m available every morning (including weekends!) for early sessions around 7–8am or 8–9am, these practices don’t have to be just in the mornings—we can schedule them any time that works for you. 💛

I may also be able to offer sessions around lunchtime or in the evenings on Mondays, and some Tuesdays and Fridays.
🛑 Just a heads-up: I’m not available Wednesday evenings, Thursday after 9am, or Friday evenings until after August 7th.

✨ I’d love to hear your thoughts on:

Class themes (like goat, horse, or chicken-inspired yoga 🐐🐎🐓)

Upcoming retreats

New offerings you’d love to see

💫 I’m also looking for a few kind souls to volunteer, help me test out new class ideas, give feedback, and just enjoy the practice together. These sessions will be donation-based, so come as you are and contribute only what feels right.

🌿 Plus:

We’ve got fresh walking trails,

New self-care stations, and

Memberships available if you're looking to connect more deeply with the space.

Let me know what days and times work best for you—I’m here to support your healing and growth, and I’d love to create something that fits your rhythm. 💛

Stop by the AHHA Center

We welcome you to the Center to do self-care (journaling, work puzzles, draw, color, other art therapy), practice yoga, meditation, or other activities on your own. The Center is meant to be a safe space to heal, practice self care, share your journey of you choose, listen to others, be supported and guided and reciprocate with others on their journey.

We also invite you to join in a yoga class, have a massage, crystal class, workshops and group activities.
