Iliana....She has had to cover morning preparations for the day and keeps the floor running as it should when I leave early.
She is amazing on the floor, Iliana is always busy keeping our individuals doing things out in the community, she is very patient with staff and our individuals and does her job with no complaints.
So glad you are a part of our team!!!

Danielle H....She is always pleasant and willing to help. She is super sweet and kind to everyone. She treats our individuals with the utmost respect and is a joy to work around. She always has a smile for everyone. She always is upbeat and switching to days she is enjoying her day by getting the individuals involved in the activities and just visiting with them in the conversations around them.

Tasha....She is a willing volunteer at Food Pantry, and for her going to work even on the hard days. Tasha genuinely cares for others around and wears her empathy on her sleeve. Always has a greeting for you, even if she's greeted you many times already. Likes to be helpful and help others feel appreciated. Heavy with compliments for others.

This shout out is for the week 9-29 to 10-3. Congratulations all!!

Denichia R- She is a hard worker and very knowledgeable about the individuals. She has transitioned from evenings to days very easily, she helps make the celebrations at the houses special for each of the guys. She is always friendly and works well with our individuals. and ensures they have the quality care they deserve. She is a very caring person and always greets everyone when she comes in with a big smile

Lonnie is supportive of the individuals' wants and needs but also holds the individual's accountable. He asks to be a part of meetings of the individuals he supports personally
Lonnie has stayed so positive during the past few months, and it's always good to see his smile and hear his laugh. He is very supportive of the guys he takes out on community activities, and he also helps one individual fill the supplies for the houses weekly.

Ryan R- he has overcome a lot the last few months and always had a smile through it, he is caring towards his housemates and peers. He enjoys going on outings in the community with staff and peers.
It's always good to see his smile and hear his laugh.

Billie L.-she has been a great role model in helping with figuring out staffing and making sure staff feel appreciated. She cares for all the individuals.

Cassie Dewey- She is a great asset with making sure all the EVV clock-ins are done and correct. She helps out with filling in at staffed apt when needed.

David Braden- He has enjoyed all the staff who work with him and keeps him busy. He looks forward to all the different activities he does. David is a happy man with all aspects of his life!

This shout-out is for the week 9-15 to 9-19. Congratulations all!!

Cece Sandoval--Her employment at SCDS for many years at SFA gives her great knowledge of the individuals she supports. She is a great go-to person for understanding people's personal likes, family ties, and routines. She truly cares about individuals and their celebrations as well as health changes and helps support them through these challenges.

Danielle Johnson--She is someone you can count on to get something done. She works many hours and helps respectfully support individuals, especially with their personal care. She provides all of that with a great sense of humor.

Monte Johnson--He has supported his move to Lexington. He loves looking forward to visits to see his sister and, in his own way is very appreciative of the staff that help him plan and make that big trip happen. He follows through with medical orders to maintain his health. He has a fun personality. He enjoys his new home and his new housemates.

Callie A-- I have seen the following traits. Empathy--she cares about the well-being of others and takes other perspectives into consideration. She collaborated with others, working to inspire and empower them. She did all this with humility and passion. Her efforts are appreciated, and I am glad she is a part of our team.

Angie M--She is always willing to help her coworkers fill in hours and always picks up extra hours beyond the mandatory. She is excellent with all the guys at Res 2 and very helpful for baking items for the bake sales for people first

Alex A--He genuinely cares for his friends. Takes pride in his work. And can be very personable. great conversationalist.
