This is a reminder that the Central Plains Home Health & Hospice Monthly Coffee Chat is happening tomorrow!

This casual monthly gathering is a great opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals and learn about relevant topics that support your everyday health. We focus on practical, real world solutions to common health concerns, provide a space to ask questions, and encourage great conversation in a welcoming environment.

This event also serves as an important social opportunity for members of our community who may benefit from connection and conversation. We’re proud to have a loyal group that attends regularly to enjoy free coffee and cinnamon rolls while taking positive steps toward improving their health and well being.

Please consider sharing this opportunity with your parents, grandparents, friends, family members, and neighbors who may enjoy attending.

We hope to see you there!

Central Plains Home Health & Hospice Coffee Chat Every third Thursday at 9:30am at the Cozad Haymaker Grand Generation Center.

Did you know? Colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers, and regular colonoscopy screenings save lives.

At Cozad Community Health System, we emphasize the importance of early detection. Routine colonoscopies can identify and remove precancerous polyps before they develop into cancer. When colorectal cancer is detected early, it is highly treatable.

Adults age 45 and older, or those with a family history of colorectal cancer, should discuss screening options with their primary care provider or contact (308)784-2261 to schedule a consult.

Early detection matters. Schedule your screening today!
