Get ready for a tasty breakfast casserole with Tara’s Holiday Breakfast Casserole!

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork sausage
1 teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
8 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Crumble sausage into a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown; drain.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together mustard powder, salt, eggs and milk. 3. Add the sausage, bread cubes, and cheese, and stir to coat evenly. 4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
6. Cover, and bake 45 to 60 minutes. Uncover, and reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until set

We started Love Is... LLC with the desire to serve clients in a way that truly embodies what love is. We are family-owned and local. We know each of our clients personally and plan to keep it that way! We feel privileged to work with a wonderful team of caregivers who have a heart to serve. We strive for continuity of care so that each client and caregiver can form a trusting relationship. Good communication is top priority in serving our clients and their families - we are available 24-hours a day should you need us. We look very forward to meeting you!
