We've created this page in hopes of finding a living donor kidney for Donna Reedy. Donna and her family have lived in the Hayden/Craig, Co area for 37 years. She's a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother that has always put others and especially her family before herself. She is in stage 5 kidney failure and is in need of a kidney transplant. She has been on dialysis for 6 months and has to travel to Grand Junction, Co (which is 2 1/2 to 3 hours one way) up and back 3 days a week. She was placed on the transplant list in January. Unfortunately, her immediate family members are medically unable to donate to her. She is working with the living donor transplant team from UCHealth University of Colorado. Donna's blood type is O positive. However, the donor doesn't have to match directly to her, if the donor is a match for someone else, they can find her a donation at or close to the same time. If you are unable to donate (which is totally understandable, it's a big ask), please share this page with your friends and family in hope of getting the word out. The link to find out more information is below. This link will also take you to a questionnaire if you would like to apply to be a donor (this is no way commits you to donate).
