Our Cardiac Rehab teams at St. Mary’s Health and Clearwater Valley Health are hitting the road and visiting local senior centers to share tips, answer questions, and help our communities keep their hearts healthy and strong.
Join us at one of the upcoming “Let’s Talk Health: Heart Health” sessions listed below and learn how small changes can make a big difference. We’d love to see you there!
