The best results come from a multifaceted approach. We addressed her mid/lower using different modalities that consisted of:

RF Microneedling/Ultra Stacked with PRP x3
Botox Upper/Lower Face
Midface x3
Lateral Cheekx3
Chin/chin shadow x1
Lip x2

The main goal was to tighten the tissue and then work on volume replacement to create beautiful transitions. The RF microneedling and ultra stacked worked on laxity, pigment, fine lines/wrinkles and overal resurfacing. Then we replaced her midface to support her undereyes. All the treatments reveals a smoother, brighter, more refined complexion.

Silent sinus syndrome is a rare condition where chronic sinus collapse causes the eye to shift downward or inward, creating a sunken appearance known as enophthalmos.

Because the changes happen gradually and without pain, many people notice cosmetic differences long before realizing the underlying cause is structural, not aesthetic.

Proper diagnosis and treatment require ENT and oculoplastic evaluation, but understanding the visible signs is the first step. If you’ve experienced unexplained changes in eye position or facial symmetry, a medical assessment is essential.
