We’re excited to tell you about a new member of our team! We’re testing an advanced AI receptionist named Nathalie to help answer our main line when we’re closed or unable to pick up the phone.
Nathalie is a helpful assistant that will enable you to do the following 24/7:
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm or cancel appointments
• Contact the doctor or staff member in cases of emergencies
• Ask common questions (hours, location, insurance basics, etc.)
• Request a call back or leave a detailed message for our team
The human touch is still at the center of our care. This does not replace our team, but it will replace our voicemail and answering service. During business hours, you’ll reach our front desk team, when they’re available as always.
After hours, if you prefer not to use the AI assistant, you can simply leave a voice message, and a team member will follow up the next business day. For urgent concerns, you can make an emergency appointment or ask Nathalie to reach us to the on-call provider.
This added service reflects our ongoing commitment to modern, patient friendly tools that make your experience smoother, without losing the personal connection you expect from us.
