Sara Page will guide you through a yin yoga practice exploring the 7 main chakras, accompanied by the blissful sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes played by Rosie. Rosie will then lead a guided meditation and energy cleanse using Heart Brain Coherence and Reiki to help you release stress and restore balance ☯️

Chef Veronica will finish the workshop by sharing healthy alternatives to main courses and leftovers during the holiday season. There will be a buffet with ingredients for participants to create their own meals 🥗
