The Union Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. Most of our time has been spent in subcommittee meetings trying to address specific issues. Movement has been very slow, and we continue to let the company know what issues are most important to you.

The strike authorization vote results are in and the majority of AT&T Mobility Orange members, 95%, voted yes to strike if necessary to get what we deserve at AT&T.

Our message to the company is clear: We will not settle for crumbs and we deserve a strong contract.

This does not mean that we are going on strike. We will only go on strike if absolutely necessary. But this strong result shows that we are united and ready to fight for what we deserve. We will continue to mobilize to show our solidarity and power.

We’re fighting for job security, work-life balance, wages that meet the real cost of living, benefits, and protections on the job.

AT&T is making billions because of our hard work. We deserve our fair share. Stay united and strong and keep mobilizing. Make sure you’re in touch with your Local about mobilization activities.

The Union Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. While there has been progress, the Company is not taking our main concerns seriously. Your bargaining team has worked very hard to put together proposals that would address your needs and make progress at the table.
