At Onward, we are always working to be better than yesterday. Last Friday, the Onward teams from DE, PA, & NJ got together for the afternoon to get another 1% better.

Whether a PT has just a few years of experience or 15+, there’s plenty to learn from each other. & covered a couple lecture presentations and then .dpt & took the wheel for a review of different hands-on techniques. There are few things we treasure more than the pursuit of excellence in providing the best experience and value to the people visiting our clinics across the Mid-Atlantic region. It was a fun, laughter filled afternoon that finished with dinner, shared stories, and a margarita.

You can’t have a premium experience without a premium space. 

Take a moment and imagine yourself back in your favorite hospitality location: The restaurant you go to on your anniversary, a hotel you can’t wait to stay at again, or the hair salon you look forward to visiting every month. If positive emotions are washing over you we’re willing to bet the physical space in which these memories occurred are largely responsible.  

Set and setting are the canvas upon which great experiences are cultivated.  Can you get an excellent meal at a food truck? Absolutely.  A solid night of sleep in a hostel or a decent hair trim with your bathroom shears? Of course.  But would you consider those things unforgettable? Likely not.  Because while you’re getting a good service, the lack of a meticulously curated environment fails to deliver the emotional impact that a fully immersive experience can. 

At Onward we take tremendous pride in cultivating an intentional setting for our clients, it is the hospitality we get to extend before even having the pleasure of your company.  No decisions are taken lightly, from the visual aesthetics to the sound, smell, temperature, and countless small details that you may not notice but we know you’ll feel.

“It’ll go away in a few weeks.” -you tell yourself as you miss all that time in the gym with your friends at your usual 5:30pm class, as you skip that hike this weekend with your spouse, as you tell your kid you can’t pick them up and play their imaginary game right now…
