This is a simple, very accurate description of the sacrum

Your nervous system is built for navigation.

As you walk, your sacrum moves with your pelvis through all three planes of motion, sending constant feedback to your brain about where you are in space.

More movement = more feedback.

More feedback = better awareness, balance, and stability.
