Lose control every time you swing hard?

By using the ground and lower body, not your trunk and arms.

Keep in mind that trying to create speed without having the required mobility and stability to support it is not a recipe for success.

Most places will tell you to “rotate more” or “strengthen your core”…

But no one looks at why you can’t stay in posture in the first place and then prepare and train your body to support speed while staying in posture.

It all goes back to YOUR WHY.

Limited T-spine = over-the-top move.

If you can't rotate through your mid-back, it's going to be much harder for you to not come over the top — no matter how many swing drills you try.

That’s one reason why the slice keeps showing up, even when your mechanics look “right.”

🍑 Weak glutes = loss of power.

If your hips feel unstable, your rotation feels limited, or your drives feel weak, your body is telling you something.
