Welcome to Urban Sweat, where Old World Wisdom meets New World self care. We've painstakingly created a paradise for you to unwind, relax and breathe your worries away. We feature 21 therapeutic massage and treatment rooms and 6 heat therapy rooms to foster and encourage your health and well being. Therapeutic massage is not a luxury, but as a healthy necessity, so we've priced our monthly massage memberships accordingly. Also, our therapists are licensed in Rhode Island and are nationally certified to ensure the quality . That's why our Old World offerings provide an opportunity to unplug and disconnect from the stress-inducing pace of each day and provide a space to calm and center oneself, detoxify, and truly relax. After a session at Urban Sweat, you'll be ready to meet the challenges of each day ahead. We are also proud to be one of the greenest facilities in Rhode Island, since we keep environmental conservation, community and conscious living in mind. We look forward to helping you relax!!

Serenity & Movement Meeting - is donation based
Limited to 40 guests

A Monthly Get together for the Sober Community and those in Recovery. Join us for a 50 Minute donation based meeting where All Are Welcome hosted by Serenity & Movement.

Then for those interested we will offer a Yoga/Fitness class (different offering monthly) followed by a 2 hour Urban Sweat Experience.

Please bring necessary clothes to sweat in, a bathing suit, 2 Towels, non glass refillable water bottle.
