Speech therapy often involves long stretches of sitting. You don’t need a gym session to counter that—micro‑movement adds up.
🚶Adopt a “movement between sessions” rule: 2–3 minutes of walking, stretching, or mobility between clients.
📝Take stairs when possible, stand during documentation for part of the time.
🍟 Avoid the “I’ll just grab something later” trap: that’s when pastries and vending machines win.
