Thank You to All of My Incredible Volunteers!

Thank you to ALL the volunteers who took time out of their busy schedules the past month to assist me in furthering my practice in tuning fork healing.

It was truly an honor to meet with each and every one of you. I deeply appreciate the feedback you shared after our sessions.

So many beautiful and positive experiences emerged — from the lessening or complete elimination of physical pain, to emotional release, mental clarity, improved hearing, and so much more.

I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to expand my knowledge and grow in this work, and it is because of you that this was possible.

I look forward to weaving this new skill into my offerings in the new year.

Bloom where God plants you 🌻

There is always a plan, a purpose, and a season for where you are on your path.

At times we may question it… we may resist the moment we’re in. But the true secret is in acceptance — trusting that you are exactly where you’re meant to be.

This sunflower appeared in one of my outdoor flower pots. I never planted a sunflower there, yet it blossomed on its own — gifting me its bright, unexpected beauty.

Sunflowers symbolize strength, resilience, and the reminder to lift your gaze toward the light and follow it.

May we all bloom in the spaces God places us, and trust the journey as it unfolds. 🤍🌻

We are SO grateful for the beautiful circle of friends that continues to grow at our Sound Healing Meditations!

Familiar faces, warm smiles, shared laughter, and heartfelt conversations… it all fills our hearts with such joy.

We are doing what we love — and witnessing the connection, peace, and unity that unfolds before our eyes reminds us… we are all One.
We are connected.
We are SO very grateful. 🙌✨

Thank you to all our amazing participants for supporting us last night …..but ultimately for showing up for yourself !

Sound moves through your body much like water flows through a stream —
fluid and dynamic.

As sound waves travel, they create vibrations that move through tissues, cells, and fluids, encouraging relaxation, circulation, and energetic balance within the body.
