Calling pediatric SLPs! The New England Institute of Technology MS SLP distance learning program is hiring! This position is full time faculty, pediatric focused, Ph.D. or Ed.D. required and requires living in RI/MA/CT and weekly attendance on campus. Today is the last day for RISHA members to register for this exciting HANEN presentation!

The next meeting of the Medical Committee is scheduled for January 14th at 4-5 PM. Denise Croson of Rhode Island Adaptive Telephone Equipment Loan (ATEL) Program will be sharing information about their program and resources. ATEL helps to support assistive technology device acquisition and training for Rhode Island residents with disabilities. This includes helping older adults and individuals with disabilities use their smartphones. The assistance is free and they appreciate referrals from SLP's who are working with someone who would benefit.
