If you have bladder leakage and urgency…
Stop panicking. Start collecting data 📊
Most women are trying to fix their bladder from a place of fear instead of facts.
Here’s where I have my patients begin 👇
Step 1: Track. Don’t stress. 📝
For 7 days, write down:
• How many times you p*e 🚽
• Roughly how long your stream lasts ⏱️
I like to see a minimum of ~8 seconds.
That tells me your bladder filled appropriately and emptied fully.
Anything shorter?
Your bladder may just be reacting — not failing. Think: nervous system on high alert ⚡️
Step 2: Clean up your bathroom habits. 🚫
• No “just in case” p*eing
• No pushing your urine out
• No sprinting to the toilet 🏃🏻♀️
These habits train your bladder to behave like it’s in an emergency… even when it’s not.
Step 3: Hydrate strategically. 💧
Under-drinking irritates your bladder.
Over-chugging overwhelms it.
Your body needs rhythm — not extremes.
This is foundational pelvic health work.
Simple. Powerful. Often skipped.
