Congratulations Stacy Taylor, Medical Records/LPN, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Ben Hur Health & Rehabilitation is proud to recognize Stacy Taylor, LPN, as our Quest for Excellence winner. Stacy works in our nursing department and has been a valued team member at Ben Hur for the past two years, though her impact spans far beyond. With 35 years of experience in senior care, Stacy’s career began in 1988 as a CNA at Eagle Valley. She quickly earned her QMA at Ben Davis and became an LPN the following year. Over the years, she explored various specialties in nursing, but in 2009, she returned to her true calling, long-term care.
Stacy has a quiet presence, but her passion for the elderly speaks volumes. She finds deep inspiration in the strength, wisdom, and resilience of her residents, describing them as “individuals journeying through new eras of life.” This dedication to our seniors is why Stacy was nominated for the Quest award. She lives out ASC’s core values daily, showing compassion in every interaction, accountability in her work, strong relationships with coworkers and residents, and an unmatched pursuit of excellence. Stacy’s calm and organized approach make her a goto team member and someone others naturally trust and admire.
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys paper crafting and upcycling home décor, blending creativity with care, just like she does as a nurse. She is a proud mom of three grown children and one still at home.
As one teammate put it: “Stacy never seeks the spotlight, but her work shines all on its own.”
