Need a FREE Parents Night Out? Eastside Baptist, 2000 Traction Rd. will host its first one Friday Feb. 27 from 5:30 to 8:30. Just sign up at www.eastsidebc.com/connect, by February 24. I will be working with the 2 year old crew and my grandson Gage will be there! These will be held monthly and my daughter said some places charge $30 at least. Have a date night! Some self care time! Come back refreshed.

For those who really need to exercise and build strength and can't seem to get it done, Exercise Inc. closest location Brownsburg, is offering in December only, a free consultation and 2 free sessions to try it out. It is an intense one on one 20 minute session once a week. Who can't do that, right? And they address the whole body, nutrition too.

Our Sweet Jamaica.

Many of you know that the better half of me is born and raised Jamaican, ;) but what you might not know is that Amanda and I and our kids celebrate Christmas every year in a town called White House, Jamaica.
It has been heartbreaking to see the people who have loved on us and our children over the years be devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Absolutely tragic for so many families on the South coast.
My sister-in-law started a GoFundMe page for the people of White House, Jamaica, a place that I love and has been the inspiration for many of the songs I sing.
She can be trusted to get the money to the people that we know are in tremendous need.
