Our Sweet Jamaica.

Many of you know that the better half of me is born and raised Jamaican, ;) but what you might not know is that Amanda and I and our kids celebrate Christmas every year in a town called White House, Jamaica.
It has been heartbreaking to see the people who have loved on us and our children over the years be devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Absolutely tragic for so many families on the South coast.
My sister-in-law started a GoFundMe page for the people of White House, Jamaica, a place that I love and has been the inspiration for many of the songs I sing.
She can be trusted to get the money to the people that we know are in tremendous need.

This is the third detox session since my massage post illness which may have been Covid. The last 2 had a lot of green indicating a gallbladder condition. That area started hurting before this session. I am also using a castor oil pack over my gallbladder. I read up a bit on castor oil packs and it recommended getting the refuse from the castor oil pack out of the body with activated charcoal or zeolite. Also supplementing pre and probiotics which were destroyed by the recent antibiotic i was prescribed..Sooo this will be a journey. Just sharing to help anyone similarly situated. They advertise a Covid detox on Fox but it is around $90. Lymph drainage is beneficial also. I use this vibration board and do some self lymph drainage. I now offer manual lymph drainage for $75 for an hour.

Had a massage after being sick and was completely restored. Got my appetite back and got rid of most of the phlegm. Then I did an ionic foot detox bath 2x with these results. I never had mine turn black and green before! The ingrown toenail completely released and all the pain in my feet vanished!

Folks! I'm going down for the last time. If ever you needed pain relief now is the time to call. I can't make rent this month. Every month since Trump got elected has been worse.
