The Lane House is conveniently located in Crawfordsville, Indiana, approximately an hour outside of Indianapolis and only 2.5 miles from Franciscan St. With 24-hour skilled nursing care and state-of-the-art rehab services, our nursing home is the perfect choice for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, an in-house rehabilitation team creates individualized therapy plans based on each patient's unique abilities and goals. Our on-site physician provides patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment, allowing timely responses to medical emergencies or changes.

Today, National Caregivers Day, we recognize all types of caregivers 🫶: our associates who bring compassion and professionalism to their interactions with our residents; family members who lovingly care for their loved ones; and other professionals in the healthcare industry who take care of those who cannot take care of themselves.

Together, we bring more than just "services." We bring love, comfort, and the dignity every person deserves. ☺️
