weekend Special for you! đŸŽ‰đŸ€©

Rice-paper malawach

Ingredients:

- 12 rice paper sheets (I like to use the smaller version
- 1 egg
- œ cup of water
- 1 tsp 100% date syrup (for color)

Instructions: 

1. In a small bawl, whisk the egg , water and date syrup.

2. Pre-Heat a large nonstick skillet.

3. Take 3 rice paper sheets and soak each in the egg and water mix.

4. Place them on the skillet- one on top of the other so you have 3 layers of rice paper.

5. Turn it over after 2 min. and cook for anther 2 min.

Optional:

‱Add shredded light baby bell cheese and tomato sauce on top- pizza style.

‱You can also make 2 rice paper layers- then add the cheese and tomato sauce and then add 2 more rice papers- and you have a grilled cheese style rice paper malawach

‱Spread a tbsp of  homemade humus and hardboiled egg and make it a wrap style meal

Serve immediately.

Nice cream – banana chocolate:  ( For 3 people)

Ingredients: 

- 2-3 frozen bananas – cut in 2” circles
- 3 Tbsp plant-base milk (almond / coconut / cashew)
- 3-4  pure cocoa powder

Instructions: 
1. Combine all ingredients into the food processor, mixing it few times, while ”helping” it in between mixes with a spoon.

Tip: I use the puree button.

Optional to add sprinkle of:

*coco nibs
*Coconut flakes
*Crushed almonds
*Chocolate chips
*Serve immediately and enjoy

Tuesday Special:

Sautéed green beans with garlic and seeds.

Ingredients:

-1 bag of frozen green beans (I like to use the ShopRite brand or whole foods)

-1 Tbsp olive oil

-Salt to taste

-1 tsp mashed garlic

-2 -3 Tbsp Raw Sunflower seeds or pine-nuts


Instructions:

1. Cook the green beans for 3-5 min, in hot water and drain well.

2. In a wide non-stick or a wok, on medium heat, using the olive oil, add the seeds and keep mixing so it won’t burn and until it start having darker colors.

3. Add the garlic, cook 1 min. add the green beans and cook for another minute or 2 minuets and it is ready!

Baked Branzini fillet with herbs:
 
Ingredients:

- 2 branzini fillet
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp crushed or mashed garlic
- 1/3 cup mixed  chopped cilantro, chopped parsley & chopped mint
- Seasoning- salt and pepper
 
Instructions:

1. Place the fillets on a backing paper. Rub 1/4 tsp olive oil on each fillet (no need to rub the skin)

2. Add a bit of salt, garlic, and then the mix of cilantro, parsley & mint on top of the fillets spread evenly.

3. Season again with a bit of salt and pepper.
 
4. Optional- add 4 chopped olives or 2 crushed walnuts on top
 
5. Bake on 350 for 30 min until ready
