Our wonderful Memory Care residents made the most of this cozy, snowy indoor day by decking the halls and spreading Christmas cheer throughout our community. 🎄❤️

From hanging ornaments to adding those special festive touches, they brought the spirit of the season to life — and the smiles were absolutely priceless.

🍁🦃 Willow Falls Thanksgiving Buffet Celebration 🦃🍁

What an absolutely amazing Thanksgiving Buffet we had today at Willow Falls! These monthly buffets truly get better and better, and this afternoon was nothing short of spectacular. The room was filled with joy, laughter, families reconnecting, and residents savoring every moment.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—your presence, your energy, and your support made the day incredibly special. The turnout from families and residents was incredible, and we felt the love in every corner of the dining room.

And of course… Landon James as Elvis! 🎤✨
He delivered a phenomenal performance—keeping spirits high, toes tapping, and smiles shining all afternoon. His energy added the perfect touch to this heartwarming celebration.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the incredible teams who made this event happen.
Special thanks to:
Ernesto, Kitchen Director, Lisa, Dining Room Director, Julie, Lifestyle Director, along with their exceptional teams who pulled together another top-notch and beautifully executed event.

We also want to extend a sincere thank you to our special volunteers who make events like this possible, as well as all the extra support staff who put in their all to ensure our residents are brought down and able to enjoy these amazing celebrations. Your dedication truly makes a difference.

And let’s talk about the food—because WOW.
The dishes were absolutely incredible. Perfectly seasoned turkey, savory sides, fresh salads, and decadent desserts… We received so many compliments from residents and families throughout the buffet. Every plate was prepared with care, and you could taste the love in every bite.

We wish we could capture the magic fully, but as we all know… one picture simply doesn’t do this event justice. So please enjoy the photos we’re sharing today—each one just a small glimpse of a truly unforgettable afternoon.

A huge thank you to Sidney Brooks from Panoptic Home Health Home Health for joining us today and calling such a wonderful game of Sweet Treat Bingo! 🍬🧁 His delicious cupcakes and candy bars were a huge hit with our residents — truly the perfect treats to sweeten the day.

We had an absolutely packed house, filled with joy, laughter, and excitement from start to finish. Our residents had a fantastic time, and we are so grateful for the energy, kindness, and fun Sidney brings every time he visits.

And of course — join me in congratulating our lucky winners! 🎉 Their smiles were priceless.

As we enter this season of gratitude, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that makes Willow Falls the warm, welcoming, and vibrant community that it is. Every department, every shift, every role — each of you brings heart, dedication, and compassion to our residents every single day. For that, we are deeply thankful.

Each year, we celebrate our appreciation with our Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Basket Raffle, filled with everything needed for a complete holiday meal. As our community has continued to grow, so has our ability to give back — and this year, we were excited to offer eight full Thanksgiving baskets to our wonderful staff.

While we congratulate this year’s winners, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every member of the Willow Falls team. Whether you’re providing care, preparing meals, coordinating activities, maintaining our building, supporting families, or keeping our operations running smoothly — YOU are the reason Willow Falls feels like home.

🦃 Gobbling up the fun at Willow Falls!
This week, our residents got creative and crafted the cutest little clay-pot turkeys you ever did see! From feathers to bright beaks, everyone added their own personality to their tiny turkey friends.

It was the perfect way to kick off the season of gratitude — full of laughter, creativity, and a whole lot of festive spirit. Our turkeys may be small, but the joy behind them was BIG! 🧡✨

🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day from Willow Falls! 🇺🇸

Today and every day, we honor the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country. At Willow Falls, we had the incredible privilege of celebrating our 21 veterans who call our community home — true heroes among us.

We began the day with an exquisite Veterans Luncheon, featuring a chef-prepared meal by our talented Culinary Director, Ernesto — tender roast beef, seasoned potatoes, roasted asparagus, and a delicious dessert that made the day even sweeter. The luncheon was followed by a Veterans Day Celebration that touched every heart in the room — emotional, powerful, and truly wonderful.

A heartfelt thank you to the Frankfort Brass Band for filling the air with beautiful, patriotic music and to VFW Post 2199 Stone City for the moving Flag Folding Ceremony that reminded us all of the honor and meaning behind every fold.

Our heroes were recognized with special gifts, heartfelt words, and deep gratitude for their courage, sacrifice, and service. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as we reflected on what it means to serve — and to live among those who have given so much.

We are endlessly proud and deeply grateful to the veterans who call Willow Falls home. You are the heart of our community.

A special thank you to everyone who made this meaningful day possible — our Culinary Team, Activity Department, and most of all, our incredible veterans. Your bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten. ❤️💙
