Here are 3 yoga sculpt moves to help you build strength, endurance, and balance before the lifts start spinning:

• Tabletop glute press with band over feet + overhead hold – fires up glutes, hamstrings, and core.
• Chair pose squat pulses – builds quad endurance and lower-body power for strong runs.
• Lateral lunge to balance – improves agility, balance, and hip stability.
