You want to spend your WHOLE life doing the things you love, not just part of it. Right?

You want to feel strong, confident and capable in your body so that you can pursue your goals passionately and with abandon.

And. The average American lifespan is 76.4 years. 
Middle Age for the average American isn’t 50, it’s 38.

Many of us are lucky that our gym is our backyard and the activities we love also keep us strong, but if you want to take things one step further—prolong your active life and your life in general—there’s more you can do.

Regular structured exercise and most specifically: strength training! Will do more than just slow the aging process, it can actually reverse it. 

Aim to to do some form of resistance training 2-4 times per week and feel the difference it makes in your sports!

Because our initial evaluations last a full hour, and follow-ups, 45 minutes, we get to know each of you, our patients, really well in order to help you meet your unique (p)rehab goals.

Crested Butte Physiotherapy is a physical therapist owned outpatient practice focused on offering high quality experiences for our patients and therapists. We support and encourage innovation and creativity, as well as control over your own schedule to deliver a quality care experience for our patients. Additionally, we offer advanced patient and therapist opportunities to utilize Kinvent strength and functional testing equipment and a post-PT strength and functional training program with our partners at The Function Lab.
