Zoom is available for these classes.
$15 walk in

This series runs until April, 2nd the whole class series is just $180 = 3 months of classes!!
Do yoga in person or in the comforts of home.
I will not be teaching Christmas and New Years Day.

Sound Bowls and the sound of RAIN! YES Please!

Andrea Ouimet will be offering up an amazing sound sensation as we do a 1hr Vinyasa Flow practice designed to give you the time and space to breath, soak in the incredible view and move with your breath.

Plenty if room under the shelter of the Wedding Garden Pavillion, plan on cooler temps and smaller attendance.
