Creston Specialty Care is a skilled nursing and long-term care community providing compassionate, individualized care for our residents, while also caring for their family's wellbeing and peace of mind. We serve residents from Union County, Iowa, and many surrounding communities. We are committed to providing our residents with an active and engaging quality of life through daily programming, social and educational activities, and services that promote physical health, provide mental stimulation, increase engagement and help our residents thrive in a home-like setting. Michelle has been a part of Creston Specialty Care for three years. She began her career with us as a Certified Nurse Aide and worked endlessly to become a Registered Nurse! She loves caring for her residents and their families. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys quality time with her family and friends. Meet Mary!
Mary has lived at Creston Specialty Care for a year now. She enjoys making new friends and participating in the activities. Mary was raised on a farm not far from here. She met her husband, Don, in school. While raising three children she also had a shop in Orient where she was a hair dresser. Mary wants the younger generation to "Go for your dreams!" Jerry A has been living at Creston Specialty Care for three years. He enjoys meeting new people and participating in most of the activities offered here. Originally from Nebraska, Jerry moved here to assist his father on the farm, where he met his wife, Barb, and they’ve since built a life together.
