Didn’t want you to miss this opportunity to buy these highly effective self care tools during the Black Friday sale.

I’ve had my biomat for over 15 yrs and use it almost daily for pain relief and rebalancing. It lulls me to sleep most nights. High quality. No EMFs

It’s a pad of heated amethyst crystals! Various sizes. I have the shorter one and the pillow.

Calming, soothing, raises the love vibes and positivity, which we all need right about now. Helps detox the indoor air quality toxins many experience this time of year.

Massage therapists and body workers , your clients will appreciate this healthier alternative to a heating blanket, and they will want to buy their own. Contact me if you’d like to be a distributor.

Take advantage of this sale and buy a biomat for you, your private practice and/or a loved one today. 🎁

Visit https://biomatofficial.biomat.com/?_j= to make your purchase today. Make an investment in self care and save money on massages and other pain and sleep supplements. I know I do.

Good morning from Western Mass Equine Therapy.

A lot of neighbors have approached me to volunteer with the ponies.

So here is what I need… this is based on managing volunteers for decades.

I am offering an apprenticeship. Ideally, two hours, two days a week. You will have full responsibility of Darling. She is strictly an equine therapy horse. Not rideable.

Responsibilities will be clearing manure in paddock, grooming and exercising/training.

Exchange: You will have time with horses and learn how to care for them. You will also learn skills in natural horsemanship training and equine therapy for emotional healing.

If you have interest, you can also assist with equine therapy sessions.

I request a 2 years commitment, as it takes at least 2 months of training.

I welcome help.

If this is not what you have time for, but want to spend time with Molly and Darling, I have session time available this Friday while it’s still warm enough. The season begins again in early spring 2026. As soon as it feels comfortable to be outside.

Schedule or apply to volunteer at www.ginambarrett.com/contact

I am grateful for all the support from the community.

Come pick up some manure for your compost pile anytime. If my car is at end of the driveway, that means I’m in session and it’s better to come back another time.

Molly and Darling appreciate the warm welcome.

It’s raining this morning at Western Mass Equine Therapy, so instead of worrying about the ponies in the mud, I decided to look up the personality traits of a “horse girl”. I’ve always wondered what that label meant. Here is what AI has to say…

“Over time, the definition of a horse girl has become more positive. Rather than letting the negative stereotypes bother them, many horse lovers use the phrase “horse girl energy” to describe someone who is strong, confident, and knowledgeable about their interests.”

A previous search also said that we are into nature and have a strong work ethic. The negative stereotype is that we make horses such a priority that some think we are out of touch with reality. I think many of my friends can agree with that. Everyone told me to rehome the ponies rather than move them to western Mass. Everyone except Emily. She homesteads and has farm animals, so she never questioned my choice to move them.

Sometimes I do because now I have to shovel manure every other day and it leaves me in pain. I’m also all muscle. The land in CO absorbed the manure and we only had to do weekly clean up of the round pen.

Casa de Paz SLV is dreaming of buying the horse farm that is for sale down the road. It had always been the vision of the nonprofit to have a retreat center, we also plan to run a business out of it, so we are self sufficient. Horse boarding, equine therapy and more! If you want to help bring this dream into a reality, donate to the Casa de Paz SLV GoFundMe. Visit www.casadepzslv.org to learn more and to donate. Volunteers are also needed. Thank you for keeping us in mind for your end of year donation.

This past weekend’s Trauma-informed Yoga Therapy for Marginalized Communities was powerful. Grateful for those interested in educating themselves on this topic.

Here is a testimonial from the training…

“Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy for Marginalized Communities is useful not only for those working with at-risk communities but for anyone who wishes to cultivate a welcoming, supportive, and healing environment for their students. In this training, Gina Barrett guides participants to teach from a place of cultural sensitivity and awareness of how different shapes invoke particular emotions or memories in students, as well as to listen empathetically and responsibly respond when such emotions arise. Gina highlights different models of understanding trauma as well as various methodologies for trauma healing, allowing participants with different teaching backgrounds to equally incorporate what they’ve learned into their own teaching and practice. The training was well-structured, intimate conversations were handled with sincerity and care, and as a participant, I felt both seen and empowered throughout our time together. I highly recommend this training to anyone interested in diving deeper into holistic healing for their communities.”

Equine Therapy for Mental Health Fundraiser

These two bestie tweens come to equine therapy as a play date. Their parents appreciate the mental health benefits.

I’m so proud of these two. They did a full grooming, walked the ponies and received pony rides. They were so into it from beginning to end. I felt their confidence grow, and at the end, we all walked away side by side, like an equine therapy team.

I see so much potential here for rapid growth.

is considering doing a major fundraising campaign to buy a horse farm down the road. It’s all set up with stalls, an indoor arena, 5 bedrooms, an inground swimming pool and 40+acres.

I see us outgrowing this land quickly and expanding onto this farm. Consider an end of the year donation for this expansion.
