We recently finished a Scoliosis workshop with David Davis in Denver, CO. It was a great three-day weekend, and everyone got to learn new techniques and strategies to address scoliotic conditions, as well as receiving much needed SI work themselves.

We recently finished a Foundations of Structural Integration (FOSI) class, the first step in CCSI’s SI Practitioner training program.

The FOSI class teaches a comprehensive and integrative approach to anatomy and physiology, introduces the basic elements of healing touch, and begins the internal process of transformation to become a competent practitioner of SI. Congratulations to Laurie and Cynthia, who are now prepared for the next phase of Auditing in the Basic Training class!

We had a wonderfully healing Intro to Pre & Perinatal Education workshop in Feb. We learned a lot about ourselves, and got to see some of the deepest patterns that hold us back from living a life free of confusion. We gained clarity in our autonomic nervous system, and felt much more at ease in our physical bodies.

Just completed a magical three day workshop yesterday in Toronto, Canada. David Davis from the Crestone College of Structural Integration gave a brilliant review of the recipe. It was a rich and powerful workshop with an incredible group of practitioners.

We each received a session from David and we exchanged sessions with each other. David is a wellspring of wisdom and understanding of the the work of the recipe and it's principals. The energy was beautiful and light and uplifting. I'm deeply grateful for everyone who attended making this a grand success. The Toronto workshops will continue again next year. Stay tuned.
