After much prayer and thoughtful consideration, I’ve made the decision to sell Studio 4:8. Long-time Crestview native and Pilates instructor, Brooke Dawson, will be taking over and bringing exciting changes and updates to the brand.

I’m incredibly grateful for the community, movement, and relationships that grew in this space…it’s been an incredibly meaningful chapter.

I also want to be very clear: 4:8 Physio is still fully operational, and I’m continuing to pour into the clinical side of the practice. I’m currently pursuing my Clinical Pilates certification and will soon be offering small group Pilates sessions designed for individualized, intentional care.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting this journey, and walking alongside me as things transition. Stay tuned for more updates. 🩵🙏🏻

As 4:8 continues to grow, we want to share a quick update with our community. 🩵

Coach Alexa will be stepping away from teaching at Studio 4:8, with her final class on February 21st. This was a personal decision, and while we will miss her greatly, we are SO grateful for the time and heart she shared with our team & our clients.

Please join us in wishing her well and praying for her future endeavors. 🙏

Classes & training will continue as scheduled, and we’re excited about the next season ahead for Studio 4:8.
