We want to clear up any confusion because we respect your time and efforts to attend your appointments.
As of November 2025, Midwife Kizie will no longer be holding any birth related appointments or consultations at the Sage Hydration/Wellness location on Courthouse Terrace in downtown Crestview.
All birth services appointments will be at the Sage Birth House located at 831 McCaskill Street in Crestview.
We are so excited to share this space with you all and look forward to seeing you soon!
