I'm the face behind Sage Wellness Birth Collaborative's social media and a nurse of 18 years with a deep love for all things birth and holistic wellness related.
After years in emergency medicine, I found myself drawn to gentler, more intuitive care-the kind that honors the body, the nervous system, and the emotional experience.
We are passionate about this page helping families feel informed and empowered in their choices. Our hearts are in education, support, and making birth feel less scary and more sacred.
