Isaac joined the Crestview Rehabilitation Center Team just one year ago as a new graduate nurse. In that short time, he has grown into a confident, skilled leader who actively mentors and supports new team members. His willingness to share knowledge and create a welcoming environment speaks volumes about his character and commitment to excellence.

Isaac also brings a personal touch to resident care. He often brings his guitar to the center to play music for residents, a voluntary gesture that provides comfort, joy, and a sense of home.

At our Center, caring for the heart goes beyond clinical care — it’s about supporting the whole person. From nutritious meals and daily movement to medication management and wellness monitoring, our teams are committed to helping residents live heart-healthy lives every day.

Here are a few simple steps to protect your heart:

- Know your numbers — blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar
- Move your body for at least 30 minutes a day
- Choose heart-healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins
- Limit sodium and processed foods
- Stay hydrated
- Manage stress through rest, connection, and mindfulness
- Keep up with regular check-ups and medication as prescribed
