Hold yourself accountable though. If you ate non-life giving foods, then simply acknowledge it. Don’t beat yourself up, but don’t deny that what you ate was ok. Bc it isn’t ok.
The body only operates on the truth. The body keeps score, even if you decide to deny.
Forgiveness is key (in every aspect of our life actually) so bc your body keeps score, it also forgives. Forgiveness here is how we move forward. #2026
