We offer compassionate touch massage, inspirational products, top of the line supplements and coming soon evidence based lifestyle coaching. We're here to help you live a better quality of life through massage therapy, supplementation, and lifestyle coaching, because it's all connected. Massage is the manipulating of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, and aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well being. I consider my style of work to be therapuetic deep tissue. It is geared towards relieving aching, hurting sore muscles and to increase range of motion. The goal is to work within your limits while getting deeper into the tissue to elicit a change. We offer quality, organic supplements and soon will be launching a 90 Day lifestyle plan and lifestyle coaching.
