It is with heavy heart that we announce the closing of our Mokena, IL office effective September 1, 2025.
It has been an honor and a pleasure to have provided for the Healthcare needs of our patients in that area since 1998.
We are grateful for all the community relationships and some close friendships we have formed throughout these years.
We will continue to see patients in our Crete, IL office in the foreseeable future.
