Here’s what 2025 taught me—and what I’m taking boldly into 2026.
2025 was a year of refinement, clarity, and truth—for my patients and for me.
Chiropractic, corrective exercise, and weight loss aren’t separate lanes anymore. They’re one integrated path toward **resilient, capable humans**.
Here are my best top 10 Do's and Dont's.
✅ **DO These**
1. DO treat movement like medicine
If someone can’t squat, hinge, reach, breathe, or balance well—no supplement or adjustment alone will fix that.
2. DO correct before you load
Strength built on dysfunction just strengthens compensation. Corrective exercise isn’t “extra”—it’s foundational.
3. DO focus on capacity, not age
I watched 40-, 50-, and 60-year-olds outperform their younger selves once movement quality improved.
4. DO coach behavior, not just bodies
Weight loss succeeds when mindset, stress, sleep, and self-trust are addressed—not just calories.
5. DO individualize everything
There is no “perfect program.” There is only the *right progression for this human, today.*

6. DON’T chase pain relief without addressing cause
Pain-free doesn’t mean problem-free. Movement always tells the truth.
7. DON’T confuse exhaustion with effectiveness

Bodies change when people feel safe, capable, and supported—not judged.
9. DON’T ignore posture, breathing, or balance
These “small” things quietly control everything else.

Simple, repeatable habits beat extreme programs every time.
