Happy 3-Year Work Anniversary, Mikayla!

Mikayla is a true ray of sunshine! She makes every staff member and therapist feel valued and is truly a joy to be around. Her friendly nature, positive energy, and genuine care for others make such a difference in our workplace every single day. She shows a true love for OT and her clients. She brings creativity, fun, and great ideas into every session, making therapy engaging and meaningful for her kiddos. She is always willing to lend a hand to her coworkers. She is always on board with having snacks around on Thursdays, which is a great way to end the week! We are so grateful for Mikayla’s dedication, compassion, and teamwork. Happy 4-Year Work Anniversary, Victoria!

Victoria works in both the office and as a SLPA! Balancing office responsibilities with therapy notes is no easy feat, but Victoria makes it look easy! She always brings a fun, positive energy to the workplace. She does an excellent job as an SLPA, building strong rapport with her patients and providing quality care every day. Whether your child is playing with animals, trucks, blocks, or any favorite toy, ask questions that encourage them to think and talk, such as:

“Where does the cow sleep?”

“What does the truck carry?”

“What color block are you putting on next?”

“What does this animal eat?”
