The Missouri Physicians Health Program The Missouri Physicians Health Program is a 501c (3) not-for-profit organization. All consultations are confidential and free.

We do not report any contact with a self-referred physician unless they give us consent to do so. However, as mental health professionals we are required to make a mandatory report to the State of Missouri for suicidal, homicidal, elderly abuse, or child abuse revelations. The MPHP has been provided as a source of assistance to physicians who are distracted by problems that may affect their ability to fully or safely practice their profession. The MPHP does not diagnose or treat. We do not investigate or discipline. Our role is to provide advocacy and our mission is to help physicians return to healthy personal and professional lives.

Missouri Physicians Health Program(MPHP) has some exciting news! We are expanding our services to include all health care professionals.

For those of you who do not know us, MPHP has been providing a monitoring service to all Missouri physicians since the early nineties. We support and advocate for medical professionals that face personal and professional challenges and assist them in finding solutions so they can maintain healthy work/life balance.
