Everalis Weight Loss is all about real food, real ingredients, and real results.

Chipotle chicken meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chicken (93% lean)

Pam cooking spray

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup crushed Melba sticks

Directions

In a medium bowl, using your hands, mix ground chicken, Melba toast, cilantro, egg, garlic, chipotle chiles, oregano, salt and pepper until combined. Roll into 1" balls.

Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange meatballs in a basket, spacing about 1/2" apart. Cook at 370°, turning a few times, until the outsides of meatballs are golden brown and the centers are cooked through, about six minutes.

Arrange meatballs on a platter. Spoon salsa verde or sauce of choice over top or serve alongside for dipping.

Nutrition Spotlight: Cabbage

Cabbage is one of those simple foods that often gets overlooked but it can play a powerful role in supporting your weight loss journey.

This crisp, versatile vegetable is naturally high in fiber, which helps you feel satisfied longer and supports healthy digestion. When your digestion is working efficiently, your body is better able to eliminate waste, reduce bloating, and maintain balance.

Cabbage is also rich in key nutrients that support overall wellness, including vitamin C for immune health and antioxidants that help reduce inflammation. Lower inflammation in the body can make it easier for your metabolism to function the way it was designed to.

Another benefit? Volume. Cabbage allows you to build meals that feel full and satisfying without weighing you down. It’s easy to add to salads, sauté into meals, or enjoy as a simple side making it a practical choice for everyday consistency.

At the end of the day, lasting weight loss isn’t about restriction it’s about giving your body the right tools to function well. Whole, real foods like cabbage are a great place to start.

Small choices. Consistent habits. Real results.

Hibachi Style Chicken with Magic Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:Magic Mustard sauce
2 tsp. ground mustard powder
2 tbsp. warm water
3 tbsp. tahini
1/2 cup coconut amino
1 tsp. Red Boat Fish Sauce
1/2 inch chunk of ginger peeled
2 cloves garlic

Stir Fry
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast (trimmed and cut into 1 inch chunks)
1/2 white onion thinly sliced
8 baby bella mushrooms stems removed and cut into fourths
2 small zucchinis cut into thin, short strips
1 tbls olive oil
1 tbsp ghee
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

In a food processor or blender combine all of the magic mustard sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the oil and when very hot (it should be just smoking), add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Spread the chicken in a single layer and cook until all sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, tossing occasionally, about 7 minutes.
When chicken is cooked through, use a slotted spoon to transfer onto a plate. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add the ghee and melt. Then add the onions, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally until just cooked and slightly tender (you don’t want them too soft, I like a little crunch to mine still), about 4 minutes.
Add chicken back into the skillet with the sesame seeds. Stir and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Transfer to a plate and serve with the Magic Mustard Sauce.

Weight Loss Is Only Part of the Journey.

The real success comes from learning how to maintain your results long term.

Many people have experienced losing weight before, only to see it slowly return. That’s often because the focus was only on the weight loss itself, not on what happens after the weight is gone.

In our program, we place a strong emphasis on helping clients understand how to maintain their progress for the long run.

Throughout the process, clients often find themselves not only building healthier habits, but also relearning what truly supports their body and letting go of some of the nutrition myths they’ve heard for years.

Along the way, people begin to understand things like:

• How balanced meals support metabolism and energy
• Why certain foods may slow progress for some individuals
• The role whole, real foods play in helping the body function well
• The habits that help protect and maintain long-term results

This kind of knowledge helps turn weight loss into a sustainable lifestyle, rather than another short-term diet.

Our mission isn’t simply helping people lose weight.
It’s helping them maintain their results and feel confident in the choices they make for their health moving forward.

Because lasting change happens when people have the education, support, and understanding needed to work with their body, not against it.

Supporting Your Body From the Inside Out

Many people assume weight loss only happens when you drastically cut calories or spend hours exercising. But often the body simply needs the right conditions to begin functioning the way it was designed to.

One of the first steps is returning to real, whole foods and reducing the highly processed foods and chemicals that can interfere with normal metabolic balance.

When the body begins receiving cleaner nutrition and more balanced meals, many people notice positive changes such as improved energy, fewer cravings, and better overall wellness.

Our Metabolic Restore approach focuses on helping the body rebalance so it can burn fat more efficiently while supporting long-term health. The goal isn’t just losing weight it’s improving body composition and helping people feel better day to day.

Healthy habits built on real food and proper support can make a meaningful difference over time.

Why Real Food Matters

In a world filled with processed options and long ingredient lists, sometimes the best place to start with nutrition is keeping things simple.

One helpful tip when choosing foods is to look for items that are as close to their natural state as possible.

In many cases, the best choices are foods with one simple ingredient:

• Chicken
• Eggs
• Apples
• Broccoli
• Salmon
• Spinach

These types of whole foods provide the nutrients your body needs without the added fillers, preservatives, and hidden ingredients that can sometimes make healthy habits harder to maintain.

You may have heard the saying:

“If it needs a long label, it’s probably not the best choice.”

While labels can be helpful, focusing on real, whole foods often makes nutrition much easier to understand.

One of the things many clients appreciate about our program is that we focus on real food and balanced meals, helping people learn how to fuel their bodies in a way that supports metabolism, energy, and long-term success.

Sometimes improving nutrition isn’t about complicated rules.
It’s about returning to the simple foods our bodies recognize best.

Small changes can make a big difference over time.
