All existing patients are welcome to donate toward this drive!

If you are interested in becoming a New Patient you can bring $37 value of the supplies listed below for your new patient appointment! This includes a personal consultation, comprehensive exam, any x-rays needed, & a complete report of the Doctor’s findings!

Items we are collecting:
