15 straight days. Nearly half a million fans. One team getting it done.

From March 3–17 at LoanDepot Park, our amazing team members, supported by managers and supervisors from the region, worked day and night through the World Baseball Classic, including the quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship game, executing pre-game prep, event cleanup, and post-event cleanup with consistency and pride.

With the world watching, they kept the ballpark ready for every game and every crowd.

Now, as the venue prepares to open the MLB season on March 27, the team is already focused on what’s next. Outstanding work by an outstanding team!

Before joining Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group (PSEG), Thomara built a strong foundation in the hospitality industry from 2016 to 2021, including serving as an Executive Housekeeping Manager with Hyatt Regency, a role that demands elite standards, fast-paced ex*****on, and exceptional team leadership.

Thomara also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Western Kentucky University, bringing both hands-on experience and formal training to everything she does.

Her professionalism, consistency, and ability to lead teams with care and accountability make this next step a natural one, and Kentucky and Memphis are in great hands.

Teamwork in Action During the Event

While the lights are on and the seats are full, our event cleaning teams are already at work.

Our supervisors, restroom crews, concourse teams, and waste specialists operate in sync throughout the event, monitoring high-traffic areas, responding quickly, and maintaining presentation standards in real time.

Our goal is simple: guests should experience the energy of the event, not the impact of the crowd.

Clean, safe, and consistently maintained spaces help elevate the entire event experience, and it takes true teamwork to make that happen.

Across the country, our teams ensure seating areas in our stadiums and arenas are clean, fresh, and ready for every event.

Cleaning a seating bowl is a carefully coordinated effort, row by row, section by section, led by dedicated managers and supervisors who oversee every detail.

Whether it’s a 5,000-seat arena or a 70,000-seat stadium, our teams execute with precision and pride, so every fan walks into a seat that feels ready just for them.

We align on event type, crowd size, high-traffic spots, VIP areas, weather, and client requests. In stadiums, arenas, or convention centers, this keeps everyone clear on their role and avoids issues.

We review safety, comms channels, and plans for spills, emergencies, or changes. With thousands onsite, no room for mix-ups.

A solid huddle means smoother shifts, quicker responses, cleaner spaces, and happier guests. Thanks, team, for nailing prep every time!

As the 2026 Rodeo & Stock Show begins, our Frost Bank Center cleaning crew is ready for nonstop action. Every day, they work behind the scenes to keep the arena clean, safe, and welcoming for every event, concert, and rodeo competition.
