Hi everyone! I’m Shanita, the owner of Connected Communities for Behavioral Wellness (CCBW). I’m a mental health consultant, program developer, and passionate advocate for creating accessible, compassionate, and culturally responsive mental and behavioral health services.

I started CCBW with a vision to fill the gaps in care that so many individuals and families experience. Whether I’m building programs, partnering with schools, supporting agencies, or working directly with clients, my mission is always the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

At CCBW, we believe wellness is a community effort—and we’re dedicated to providing high-quality services like therapy, medication management, PRP, trainings, and innovative wellness experiences that truly meet people where they are.

We’re looking for Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW) who are passionate about making a difference in mental health. Whether you're seeking flexibility, looking to grow with supervision, or prefer assessment-only roles — we’ve got space for you!
