The longer I do this work, the more I realize bodywork is about way more than muscles — it’s about connection, care, trust and community.

I had the chance to work with someone I truly admire, and we share a bond not many people understand. Both our kids fought cancer at the same time, in the same pediatric oncology unit, with the same care team. That was a crazy time.

Some sessions really are medicine for the soul. This was one of those. 🤍
